Fund programs and services that foster strong communities, support families, and enhance quality of life for those living in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.

Our History
Founded in 1993 by the grandchildren of P.H. and Eulah Scowen, we endeavor to carry on their philantropic spirit.

Projects We Fund
Each year we invite organisations to apply for grants to fund projects in the Eastern Townships. Funding priorities include; Child and youth services, education and literacy initiatives, health care support services and support for seniors.

How are we Funded
The Scowen Foundation is a private family foundation that accepts limited private donations from the public. We are funded through generous donations made by the friends and family of P.H. and Eulah Scowen.
